Late payments may incur additional fees.

We will provide written estimates for scope changes before proceeding.
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner.
However, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We will keep your confidential business information private and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
Any deposits paid are non-refundable.
XS Infinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
